1. Definitions

• "Kinvault" / "We" / "Us" / "Our" — Kinvault, operating from 401 Na Mueang Road, Nai Mueang, Mueang Khon Kaen, Khon Kaen 40000, Thailand.
• "User" / "You" / "Client" — any individual who engages with this website or purchases a service from Kinvault.
• "Services" — the administrative and educational estate organisation services described on this website, including the Getting-in-Order Session, Secure Records System, and Family Planning Conversations.
• "Agreement" — these Terms and Conditions together with any service booking confirmation.
• "Content" — all materials, checklists, guides, folder systems, and summaries produced by Kinvault in the course of delivering Services.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website or booking a service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. You must be at least 18 years old to engage our services. If you are booking on behalf of another person, you confirm that you have authority to do so and that they have agreed to these terms.

3. Service Description

Kinvault provides administrative and educational services only. Our services are limited to helping individuals and families gather, organise, label, and maintain personal records, and facilitating structured family conversations about those records.

Kinvault does not provide legal, financial, tax, or any other form of professional advice. We do not draft, review, or execute legal instruments of any kind. We do not represent clients before any authority, institution, or third party.

Services are available primarily to clients in the Khon Kaen region of Thailand. Engagements outside this area may be arranged at our discretion.

4. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information when booking or engaging in sessions.
• Attend scheduled sessions at the agreed time or give at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule.
• Not use our services for any unlawful purpose.
• Not misrepresent the nature or contents of documents reviewed during sessions.
• Understand that all decisions regarding their personal documents remain entirely their own.

5. Intellectual Property

All templates, checklists, guides, and other materials created by Kinvault remain the intellectual property of Kinvault. Clients are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to use materials provided during their engagement for their own household organisational purposes only. Materials may not be reproduced, distributed, or resold without our written permission.

6. Payment Terms

Fees are payable in Thai Baht (฿) as listed on our website. Payment is due in full prior to the commencement of each service or as agreed in writing. We accept bank transfer and major payment methods as communicated at time of booking.

Cancellations and Refunds: Cancellations with at least 48 hours' notice will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours of a scheduled session will be charged 50% of the session fee. Sessions in progress are non-refundable. We reserve the right to reschedule sessions in exceptional circumstances, in which case no cancellation charge applies.

7. Service Delivery Terms

• Session timelines and durations are estimates; actual time may vary based on the complexity of a client's situation.
• Changes to the agreed scope of a service must be discussed and confirmed in writing before they take effect.
• Kinvault will keep client information strictly confidential in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Thai law.
• Documents and records remain the sole property and responsibility of the client at all times.

8. Disclaimers

Our services are provided on an "as-is" basis to the best of our ability. Kinvault makes no representations about the completeness of any records system we help create, as the accuracy of a records system depends entirely on information provided by the client.

Kinvault expressly disclaims any warranty that its services will produce a specific legal, financial, or family outcome. No part of our service constitutes legal, financial, tax, or professional advice of any kind.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under Thai law, Kinvault's total liability to any client shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific service engagement in question. Kinvault is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from the use of our services.

Kinvault is not liable for any decision made by a client or their family members following or during an engagement. Force majeure events — including natural disasters, illness, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control — may result in rescheduling without liability.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Kinvault harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your misrepresentation of information during a service engagement or from your use of our materials in a manner inconsistent with these Terms.

11. Termination

Either party may end an ongoing service engagement by giving written notice. If Kinvault terminates an engagement, fees will be refunded on a pro-rata basis for sessions not yet delivered. Sections 5, 8, 9, 10, and 13 of these Terms survive termination.

12. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith discussion within 30 days of written notice. If unresolved, disputes shall be referred to the courts of Khon Kaen Province, Thailand, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

13. General Provisions

• Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with any booking confirmation, constitute the entire agreement between us.
• Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect.
• Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
• Assignment: You may not assign your rights under this Agreement without our consent. We may assign ours with reasonable notice.
• Notices: Formal notices should be sent in writing to our address or email below.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
